Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with various dishes & glasses, plastic dishes for children, and small appliances inclusive of a toaster, coffee maker, and crock - pot. There is a large pantry to store plenty of food as well as a stand alone bar in the dining area to hold wine and other beverages. We also have more than the essential kitchen gadgets as well as a starter kit with dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. All other essentials will need to be supplied by the renter.
Bathrooms
All 3 bathrooms will have bath soap, hand soap, toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, and a hair dryer. All towels are provided.
Entertainment Areas: Living Room and Downstairs Family Room
Both the living area upstairs and the downstairs family room have new flat screen TVs with over 100 cable channels and Wifi connectivity for Netflix and Amazon Prime. The downstairs has a DVD player. In addition to the entertainment there is a second refrigerator in the basement perfect to store misc. drinks and extra food. The laundry room is also located in the basement. A starter kit of detergent will be available.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: King bed, 2 night stands, large dresser with mirror, walk-in closet with built-in organization.
Montauk Bedroom: Queen bed, 2 night stands, bench for luggage, closet with organizers and small luggage storage.
Farmhouse Bedroom: Queen bed, 1 night stand, large dresser, luggage rack, closet with organizers and space to store small luggage.
Bunkhouse: 2 sets of bunkbeds each include 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed. Ability to sleep six. Two luggage racks provided as well as a large dresser. Sleeps 165lbs per level of bed.
Outdoor and Beach Equipment
The deck is equipped with outdoor furniture as well as a grill with necessary utensils.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and wagon are all available for use during your stay.
